Sales Prompt Daily is a free daily email with one AI prompt for B2B salespeople. It is run by Be Useful (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect when you sign up, how we use it and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your first name and your email address. We also record when you signed up. Our email platform records basic activity such as whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we can see what is useful.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect anything sensitive.

To send you the Sales Prompt Daily email each day.
To address you by first name in the emails.
To see which emails and prompts people find useful, so we can make them better.
To reply if you write to us.

We only send you what you signed up for.

Your consent and how to leave

We send emails only to people who have asked for them by signing up on our page. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you stop receiving emails. You can also write to us at support@salespromptdaily.com and we will remove you.

Who handles your information

Our website and emails run on Systeme.io, which stores your details and sends the emails for us. Your information may be stored and handled on servers outside your own country. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies

Our page and our email platform may use cookies and similar tools to make the page work and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The page will still work, though some features may not.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record of your email address so that we do not email you again by mistake, and we delete the rest when we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to support@salespromptdaily.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We rely on the security measures of our email platform and limit who can see the list. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

Children

Sales Prompt Daily is written for working adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the page or staying subscribed after a change means you accept the updated policy.
